Stockdale on sea

My Railway began in 2005 when my Grandma and Grandad gave me a Cornish Bell Train set for Christmas.

Since then I have built a baseboard on my bedroom wall that is 4ft by 4ft that folds up when not in use and when in use comes down and takes up all my bedroom!

I have bought and recived many trains, coaches, and other stuff for my railway.Some of Ebay and some from my local model shop  

At the moment my model railway needs me to go and get some new track so I can fit it into my Gaugemaster Foam Ballast underlay. I got the track pins for 60p!

My track plan involves 2 loops joined at the non station end with a siding that branches into two sidings also over that side on the outer loop. The station side has a siding and an engine shed off one siding that is on the inner loop. Some Pictures would help I know! .

At the moment my layout is being built but I would like it to be bigger but because of my tiny bedroom it cant be, so I will have to make do with the space Ive got. I cant just lay the track because some of it needs to be cut and I cant use the tools and my Dad cant be bothered so I will have to ask my Grandad.

I also need some more track to finish off the loops... They have no straights.

When the track is laid I can start thinking about the buildings and the tunnel that will be at one end and the station I am going to have to build because the platforms I have look stupid when the station building I have is on them.

I am only aloud to work on the railway at specific times of the day on specific days so I cant work on the layout all the time and when I do I cant think of much to do.

I plan ahead like how many mats I am going to stick down or how I am going to fix the track down but my Dad wont help so I get confused and then forget what Im meant to be doing so when the time comes to do it Ive not got the time or energy lol .

Ive got all of the above done ages ago now Im just adding more scenics and an Engine shed to one area. Or maybe even A goods shed... Come On be Fair its a tiny layout!

The layout could be considered finished... if it looked like it, I must relay some of the track as it has started looking a bit strange and not fitting properly, all will be told eventually!

All has been fixed; a few buildings and the layout is complete.. if ever!
